I'm very passionate about the things I believe in. I have a lot on my mind and most of it needs to be projected. walking in the streets of cities and absorbing the knowledge and history around me, reading, creating, listening to/playing music are the things I do best.

“Bomb it!”

The best documentary about graffiti and street art I’ve ever seen. On Netflix instant demand too.

Easy Rider (1969) Directed by Dennis Hopper

  • A story about two guys from California roadtripping on hallucinogenics to try to get to Mardi Gras in New Orleans.
  • This famous, counter-culture film was the first to use a soundtrack with music taken from the editor’s record collection and used songs from The Jimi Hendrix Experience, The Band, The Byrds and Steppenwolf. The licencing subsequently amounted to 1 million dollars, which was more than the budget of the film.
  • Also the first film to use real drugs on the set! Dope

24 Hour Party People (2002)

I haven’t seen this yet but I’m dying to. It’s about the music scene that exploded in Manchester, England (Joy Division, Sex Pistols, Rave Culture) and mainly based around Tony Wilson. If you love music history put this on your list.

“You can’t fight in here! This is the War Room!”

Dr. Strangelove: or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb.

One of the most epic comedic films of all time and everyone must watch it.
